How does Phoneiscash work?

  1. Find your item you wish to sell, receive an offer and complete the registration.
  2. Ship us your item.
  3. You get paid.

 

What items do you accept?

We currently accept Cell phones, iPods, iPads, Tablets and Video Games.


 

When does my offer expire?

The value of electronics typically declines over time so we can only honor your offer for 30 days. If we receive your item after the 30 day period, your offer may change. If your offer has expired, but you would still like to sell your item to Phoneiscash, simply return to Phoneiscash.com and create a order with the updated prices.


 

If my device is not on the list will you still purchase it?

If you don’t see your item, please contact Customer Service and we’ll research it and let you know if we can make you an offer.


 

How long does it take from the time I ship my item to you for inspection to the time I receive my payment?

The time that delivery via the United States Postal Service takes is out of our control, but usually is only a few days. Once we receive an item, we turn it around as quickly as possible, and update you as to our progress. We notify you once we’ve inspected your item and payment is on the way. Please allow a few days for payment to arrive after you receive the confirmation email. In most cases, you will receive a check in the mail within 3-4 weeks of our receipt of your device. Checks are sent via standard First Class Mail, which usually makes delivery within 5 mailing days. You will be notified via email when your check is processed, so that you can keep an eye out for it.


 

What if I'm unsure if my device meet the "Condition Requirements"?

You can still send it in. We will gladly evaluate any device you send in. If your device does not pass our tests, it can be returned at your expense or we can recycle it free of charge. We will insure recycled phones do not become a source of environmental pollution.


 

Is there a limit on the number of items I can sell to Phoneiscash?

No! The more items you sell, the more cash you make.


 

Do you want my charger and other accessories?

Yes, we do. Please include chargers, Bluetooth headsets, or any accessories in the package if not in use.


 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We do not send you a box with a prepaid shipping label because it will cause a major delay on the whole order transaction. Nobody wants to wait that long for their own money. We want to get your money you deserved as soon as possible that's why we pay more money for your phone than anyone else.


 

How should I package my item?

You should carefully package your item to ensure that it is not damaged in transit. Sending the device in its original packaging is a great way to send it. If you do not have the original packaging, use old newspapers, bubble wrap, or other packaging material to cushion your item. Phoneiscash is not responsible for shipping damage that may occur in transit.


 

What happens once I have sent in my item?

Once your item is received, it will be hand evaluated by a trained member of our gadget lab team where your offer is confirmed and all personal data removed. The vast majority of items move through this process quickly and we are able to send payment within about a week of receiving your item. Throughout the process, we'll send you email updates about the status of your item.


 

What happens if you disagree with the condition of my item?

If our evaluation does not match up, the offer may decrease or increase. If your offer changes for any reason, you will receive an email with the new value and the reason for any changes. You can either accept the offer or ask that we return the item to you. If you do not respond to us within 5 days, we'll assume you are alright with the new offer and move forward automatically.
